This article is a review for my Greece trip - 12 Days 11 Nights - 1,8xx Euro (excluding shopping). My review includes some recommendation on where you should and shouldn't go in Greece, especially when you have limited time and also the some expense which you may save more.

เริ่มต้นด้วยรูปทางซ้ายละกันนะครับ เรามีแพลนบินตรงจากกรุงเทพฯ ไปลงอาเธนส์วันที่ 7 เมษายน 2559 เพื่อต่อเครื่องไปเกาะซานโตรินี่เป็นลำดับแรก และนอนที่เกาะซานโตรินี่ 3 คืนครับ ค่าเครื่องบินจากกรุงเทพฯ ไปอาเธนส์ 28,050 บาท และ ค่าเครื่องบินจากอาเธนส์ไปซานโตรินี่อีก 95 Euro (ประมาณ 3,800 บาท)
Now, let's dig down into more details about my trip. Starting with the map on the left, we booked the flight from Bangkok to Athens on 7 April 2016. Then, we took the flight to Santorini and stay on this amazing island for 3 nights. The flight from Bangkok to Athens cost me around 700 Euro and Athens to Santorini 95 Euro.

We had to claim for the travel insurance and they rejected to pay for the hotel expense and the Athens-Santorini flight that we had to postpone for 1 day. Finally we had to start our trip on 8 April 2016 instead because of the flight from Bangkok to Athens was cancelled.

หลังจากจ่ายเงินเลื่อนไฟล์ท Domestic ไป ก็ได้บินตอนเย็นวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2559 ไปยังเกาะซานโตรินี่ เลยได้ดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินบนเครื่องแทนครับ

วันที่ 4 ออกไปรอเรือที่ท่าเรือแต่เช้าครับ เพื่อขึ้นเรือไปเกาะมิโคนอส ครับ แอบมีเรื่องตื่นเต้นอีกแล้วครับ เรือที่เราจองไว้ตอนเช้า 10 โมง Cancel ครับ!!! อะไรกันนักหนา สุดท้ายต้อง Refund เงินคืน แล้วไปจองเรืออีกเจ้านึงรอบเที่ยง ทำ Schedule delay ไปอีก แล้วเรือเจ้าใหม่ที่จอง delay ไป ชั่วโมงครึ่งครับ เริ่มใจเสียหน่อยๆ ทำไมประเทศนี้เจอแต่เรื่อง cancel/delay แล้วเราจะเที่ยวทันมั้ยเนี่ยยยยย จากแผนที่วางไว้ก็หายไป 1 วันเต็มๆ จากการ Strike แล้ว เฮ้ออออ…. นี่มาเสียเกือบครึ่งวันอีกจากเรือ เผื่อเวลากันไว้ด้วยนะครับ อย่าวางแพลนแน่นมาก สุดท้ายก็ไปทันพระอาทิตย์ตกดินที่เกาะมิโคนอสพอดีครับ

After 3 days in Santorini, on day 4 we left Santorini for Mykonos island...guess what...the ferry that we reserved at 10 AM was cancelled!!!! Again???? We had to refund the money and booked with another ferry which eventually delayed for one and a half hour. We lost another half day to walk around the island of Mykonos. Finally arrived in very late evening and took the sunset view on Mykonos island instead of city tour. We stay here for 1 night. The tip is DO NOT plan very tight schedule for your Greece trip. Beware of the strike and the delay of any transportation.

วันที่ 5 ออกเที่ยวเกาะมิโคนอสแต่เช้าครับ จุดที่ต้องไปมีไม่มากครับ เที่ยวไม่เกินครึ่งวันก็เสร็จ รวมถึงเดินช้อปปิ้งเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ด้วย แล้วก็แอบมีเรื่องตื่นเต้นอีกจนได้ครับ ตื่นเต้นกันทุกวันเลย เราไปรอเรือที่ท่าเรือเดิมที่ลงเรือที่มาจากซานโตรินี่ (New Port) เพื่อเดินทางไปยังกรุงอาเธนส์ ปรากฏว่าที่จุดขายตั๋วขึ้นป้ายไว้ว่าเรือที่เราจองจะเทียบท่าอีกท่านึงครับ (Old Port) แต่เรืออื่นๆ ออกท่านี้หมด (New Port) เอาแล้วไง ดีนะเผื่อเวลาไว้หนึ่งชั่วโมงล่วงหน้า จึงเดินทางกลับไปท่าเรือเก่า (Old Port) ทัน ซึ่งท่าเรือเก่าอยู่ใกล้ๆ โรงแรม *_* เซ็งมั้ยเนี่ย อุตส่าห์เสียค่ารถมา New Port แล้ว สุดท้ายก็กลับไปถึงกรุงอาเธนส์ทันเวลาครับ เวลาบีบมากเลย วันนี้เราจะขึ้นไปบนยอดเขา Lycabetus จุดสูงสุดของเมือง Athens เพื่อชมวิวครับ แล้วแวะพักที่กรุงอาเธนส์ 1 คืน

We went to New port because most of the ferry leave here for Athens but only our ferry (operated by SEAJETS) leaves from the Old port. Fortunately, we spare the time for 1 hour so we had enough time to get from New port back to Old port. Now here is the tip: Always check the port when you transfer between Santorini island / Mykonos island / Athens. All of them have 2 ports each in the city/island. Knowing this before you go is the best way. Don't waste the time there!! Finally, we arrived Athens on time and immediately went to Lycabetus hill, the highest point of the city to see this sunset view. We stayed in Athens for 1 night.

วันที่ 6 เรายังไม่เที่ยวกรุงอาเธนส์ครับ เราแวะพักที่นี่เมื่อคืนเพื่อมาต่อรถไปเที่ยวเมือง Delphi และเขา Meteora (เมือง Kalambaka) อันนี้แอบซื้อทัวร์ Local ครับ เพราะไปเองลำบากเหมือนกัน ต่อรถหลายต่อ แถมมีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ ต้องลากเข้าเที่ยวโบราณสถานด้วยก็ไม่ไหวครับ เสียดายมากที่ทัวร์ไม่พาลงถ่ายมุมมหาชนของ Delphi ครับ (มันชื่อ Tholos) เลยได้ไปแค่วิหารเทพ Apollo ที่เหลืออยู่แค่นี้ครับ
On day 6, we skipped Athens and went to Delphi and Meteora (The city of Kalambaka). We checked many transportation options and the final conclusion was going with a tour; otherwise you might have to transfer many bus/train, carry luggage on and off the bus and they also have very limited schedule which will consume your time of travelling around Greece if you decide to go there on your own. We arrived Delphi at almost lunch time. Unfortunately due to the limited time, the tour didn't bring us to the famous Tholos, the navel (centre) of the world so we've been to this Temple of Apollo instead.

คราวนี้เราเที่ยว Range โรงแรมตั้งแต่ 3-5 ดาวครับ รวมถึงลองใช้ Airbnb, Rovia, Dreamtrips เป็นครั้งแรกด้วย ราคาที่พักรวมทั้งทริป 345 Euro หรือประมาณ 16,600 บาทต่อคนครับ ราคาค่าห้องที่เราจอง Range ตั้งแต่คืนละ 44 Euro (1,760 บาท) จนถึง 152 Euro (6,100 บาท) ซึ่ง 152 Euro นี้เราได้เรทพิเศษมาครับ ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันนี้ด้วยห้องแบบเดียวกัน ถ้าไปจองใน Agoda ก็คืนละ 245 Euro (9,800 บาท) เข้าไปแล้ว แต่โดยเฉลี่ยทั้งหมด 11 คืน เราจ่ายไปทั้งหมด 16,600 x 2 คน = 33,200 บาท ตกคืนละ 3,000 บาทสำหรับ 2 คน หรือคนละ 1,500 บาทต่อคนต่อคืนครับ
For this trip, we reserved 3-5 stars hotel using Airbnb, Rovia, Dreamtrips for the first time. The price range of the room per night were 44 Euro to 152 Euro. For the highest one, 152 Euro per night in Santorini, we got special rate from Rovia which you could find in normal website like Agoda for 245 Euro per night. The average rate per night of our trip for 2 people was 75 Euro or 38 Euro per person per night.

The price of the accommodation on Santorini and Mykonos islands will be a bit expensive because we chose to spend on this for 5 stars hotel to enjoy the great view. However, in Athens itself, the hotel looks old even for 4-5 stars hotel. We decided to go with 3 stars instead in the city.

จัดที่พัก 5 ดาวไปเลยครับ ชอบมากๆ เสียดายพักแค่ 1 คืนเอง เพราะต้องไปเที่ยว Meteora ต่อ เนื่องจากรถที่ออกจากอาเธนส์ไป Meteora ไม่ได้มีทุกวันครับ เลยโดนจำกัดคืนที่ Mykonos อยู่แค่นี้ บังเอิญเจอดีลพิเศษใน Agoda ลดมากกว่า 50% พอดีสำหรับที่นี่ เลยจัดไปเบาๆ 3,000 บาทต่อคืน ถ้าราคาปกติ 5 ดาวบนเกาะนี้จะแพงเอาเรื่องอยู่ ที่นี่ปกติที่เห็นในช่วงนี้คือ 6,000 กว่าบาทต่อคืนครับ
On Mykonos island, we stayed at Semeli 5-star Hotel. Really nice and cozy room but we can stay for only 1 night because of the Meteora tour. This is another thing you should know that even a tour to Meteora, they do not have it everyday. Please check the tour schedule again when you plan for Greece and absolutely before you go there!! Here we got a great deal again. This time from Agoda with 50% off. The rate went from 150 Euro/night down to 75 Euro/night and luckily we got the room upgrade again for the pool villa access room.

เป็นโรงแรม 3 ดาวครับ เราแวะพักที่อาเธนส์เพื่อรอรถบัสตอนเช้าไป Delphi และ Kalambaka ครับ อย่างที่บอกคือในอาเธนส์โรงแรมดูไม่ค่อยเก๋ไก๋สักเท่าไหร่ หลายดาวไปก็เปลืองเงินเปล่าๆ เอาแค่นี้พอครับ ประมาณ 2,000 บาทต่อคืน

ที่นี่ได้คะแนนประมาณ 4.5 เต็ม 5 ครับ อยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองอาเธนส์ เดินไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวได้สบายมากๆ และยังอยู่ใกล้รถใต้ดินด้วยครับ สนนราคาอยู่ที่ 2,000 บาทต่อคืนครับ ห้องใหญ่มากๆๆๆๆๆ เนื้อที่ประมาณ 65 ตารางเมตร ถ้าราคานี้คงได้แค่โรงแรม 20-25 ตารางเมตร และการตกแต่งไม่ Unique ขนาดนี้
In Athens, we used Airbnb named Olympic Airways which is from the way they decorated the room. This accommodation got 4.5 score out of 5 in Airbnb and located just 5-10 minutes walk from downtown and very near to the Metro. The price is only 50 Euro/night, very comfortable to your wallet. You'll get 65 sq.m. room at this price in Athens!!

Although we got the big room at a good price, we have some comments to the owner that the bathroom and the kitchen look quite old and contrast with the modern style of the room decoration.
ถึงตรงนี้ใครอยากประหยัดค่าที่พัก เที่ยว Backpack ที่พักราคาต่ำกว่า 1,000 บาทต่อคืนก็พอหาได้อยู่ครับ ซึ่ง 11 คืน ก็เสียเพียงไม่เกิน 11,000 บาทถ้วนสำหรับ 2 คน ตกคนละ 5,500 บาท จะสามารถประหยัดจากทริปผมไปได้อีก 16,600 – 5,500 = 11,100 บาทต่อคนครับ
Here is another tip from me. As you may see our average room price per night is at 75 Euro, you may save more from this by living like a backpacker in the hostel. You may be able to find the room under 25 Euro/night in Greece and could save more 250 Euro from my trip.
สำหรับอาเธนส์นี้ ค่อนข้างแนะนำ Airbnb ครับ เพราะเท่าที่เซิชมา ด้วยราคาเดียวกับโรงแรมหรือถูกกว่า แต่ได้ที่ดูดีกว่า น่านอนกว่าเยอะครับ ที่ใกล้ๆ เมืองก็มีเยอะครับ พยายามหลีกเลี่ยงโซนแถวสถานีรถใต้ดิน Omonia หน่อยก็ดีครับ พอดีนั่งรถผ่านตอนกลางวันแล้วเห็นสภาพค่อนข้างโทรม และดูแล้วน่ากลัวแน่ๆ ครับ ถ้าเดินกลับที่พักตอนกลางคืนมืดๆ หลังเที่ยวเสร็จครับ
In Athens, I would recommend Airbnb since the price compared with the hotel is a lot cheaper and looks better. Try to avoid Omonia zone which seems to be a bit scary to me if you walk alone at the night time.

2. อาหาร (Cuisine)
มาถึงเรื่องอาหารการกินกันบ้างครับ ค่าอาหารทั้งทริปอยู่ที่คนละ 5,400 บาทครับ ตกวันละ 490 บาทต่อคนครับ
Move to the second most important things of the trip. The food here in Greece cost us around 12 Euro/person/day. Why it's so cheap here? Let me explain a bit on our meal especially in Santorini. Our hotel price in Santorini has already included all meals. Thanks to Dreamtrips who offer this package to us. It saved us a lot for both accommodation and meals.
ทริปนี้เน้นเที่ยวๆๆ ครับ ไม่เน้นกิน ราคาอาหารที่นี่ถ้านั่งกินตามร้าน Main course ก็จานละ 10 Euro ขึ้นไป ถ้าเป็นพิซซ่าก็ถาดละ 10-20 Euro แบ่งครึ่งกันได้ประหยัดหน่อย ส่วนพวก McDonald ก็อยู่ราวๆ เซตละ 7-8 Euro อาหารที่ถูกที่สุดคือพวกเคบับ พิต้า เป็นแป้งห่อเนื้อกับผักนี่แหละครับ ราคาเบาๆ 2-5 Euro หาซื้อได้ทั่วไป เราก็กินปนๆ กันครับมีทั้งมื้อหรู จนถึงมื้อยาจก มื้อที่ลืมกินไปเลยก็มีครับ เนื่องจากเที่ยวและช้อปหนัก ที่นี่เนื้อแกะอร่อยมากครับ แทบไม่มีกลิ่นเลย กินอร่อยเลยทีเดียว ฟินเหมือนกินเวลาเนื้อราคาแพงๆ เพราะไม่เคยเจอแกะนุ่มๆ ไม่เหม็นสาปแบบนี้มาก่อน แล้วก็อาหารจานนึงบางทีมาใหญ่มากครับ กินได้สองคน เพราะฉะนั้นสั่งก็เพลาๆ หน่อยนะครับ

เราก็กินวนไปวนมาอยู่แค่เนี้ยล่ะครับ เบื่อๆ หน่อยก็เบนไปทางอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนบ้าง พาสต้า พิซซ่า ส่วนรสชาติอาหารกรีกโดยรวมๆ เรารู้สึกว่ามันออกไปทางแขกๆ มีกลิ่นเครื่องเทศพอสมควรเลย ใครชอบไม่ชอบยังไงก็เตรียมตัวก่อนไปเน้ออออ แต่เนื้อแกะอร่อยจริงๆ นะ ต้องลองๆ ส่วนร้านอาหารเอเชีย พอหาได้ในอาเธนส์ แต่บนเกาะ และที่ Kalambaka ไม่เห็นเลยครับ ใครกินอาหารกรีกเบื่อๆ แล้ว ไปหากินอาหารเอเชียในอาเธนส์ได้เลย
3. การเดินทาง (Transportation)
ค่าเดินทางเป็นสัดส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายที่เยอะที่สุดแล้วของทริปนี้ คิดเป็น 60% ของค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดครับ
60% of the expense was transportation including flight, ferry, and ground transportation.
ผมแยกเป็นค่าเครื่องบิน 31,880 บาท ค่าเรือ 4,800 บาท และค่าเดินทางบนบก 11,280 บาทครับ มาเที่ยวกรีซแล้วไปเที่ยวเกาะด้วยจะแพงค่าเดินทางหน่อยครับ เพราะทั้งค่าเรือทั้งค่าเครื่องบินเที่ยวนึงก็ตก 2,500 ถึง 4,000 บาทแล้ว ซึ่งเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ถ้าต้องการจะไปเกาะครับ ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายที่น่าจะประหยัดได้จากทริปผมคือค่าเดินทางบนบกครับ เนื่องจากรอบนี้แอบใช้วิธีซื้อ Local Tour ไปบ้าง (ปกติจะขับรถเอง) เอาสบาย เลยไม่ค่อยประหยัดเท่าไหร่ ถ้าขับรถเองอาจจะถูกกว่านี้ และถ้าเดินทางด้วยรถสาธารณะน่าจะถูกที่สุดครับ แต่ต้องแลกกับการหอบหิ้วกระเป๋าไปต่อรถหลายรอบในบางที่ที่ไป เดี๋ยวในรีวิวแยกที่เที่ยวผมจะบอกอีกทีนะครับว่าที่ไหนจะเปลี่ยนการเดินทางยังไงให้ถูกลงได้บ้าง และถ้าจะเอาราคาถูก จะต้องเสียอะไร รวมค่าเดินทางเที่ยวนี้ประมาณ 48,000 บาทครับ น่าจะพอลดได้มากสุดสัก 6,000 บาทครับ แต่จะแอบเที่ยวทรมานนิดนึง การเดินทางมีค่าใช้จ่ายตามนี้ครับ
The flight expense was 800 Euro, ferry 120 Euro, ground transportation 280 Euro including our tour to Meteora. Total transportation for this trip was 1,200 Euro. The flight expense was 800 Euro, ferry 120 Euro, ground transportation 280 Euro including our tour to Meteora. Total transportation for this trip was 1,200 Euro. 1. Santorini island / Mykonos island / Athens have 2 ports. Always checked which port your ferry depart/arrive.
2. Ferries have 2 types, low speed and high speed. The one with high speed will be more expensive but save your time a lot. The slower one will take approximately 2 times longer than the high speed one.
3. Print out the reservation receipt from the website and you have to bring this form to the ticket counter at the port to issue the real ticket.

ค่าเดินทางบนบกอีก 11,280 รวมหลายอย่างมากครับ ทั้งค่ารถบัส ค่ารถไฟ ค่ารถใต้ดิน ค่านั่งน้องลา ค่าขึ้น Cable car ค่ารถทัวร์ที่วิ่งไปเมืองอื่นๆ ค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้เองที่เราบอกไปว่าจริงๆ ทำได้ถูกกว่านี้ครับ เดี๋ยวค่อยไปเล่าในส่วนที่เที่ยวแต่ละเมืองว่าประหยัดยังไงได้บ้างละกัน

สุดท้ายคือค่าเข้าสถานที่ เยี่ยมชมที่ต่างๆ รวมถึงค่าล่องเรือ Cruise เที่ยวครับ รวมเป็นเงิน 165 Euro = 3,800 บาท
The total admission fee to all attractions is 165 Euro. This included our one-day trip cruise in Athens.
รอบนี้บังเอิญอ่านเจอในเวบนอกครับ ว่าทุกวันที่ 18 เมษายนจะเป็นวัน International Monument Day เพราะฉะนั้นสถานที่ต่างๆ จะได้เข้าฟรีครับ เลยแอบอัดพวกสถานที่พวกวิหารต่างๆ และสถานที่สำคัญที่อาเธนส์ไว้วันนี้วันเดียวเลยครับ ประหยัดค่าเข้าสถานที่ไปได้ 30 Euro หรือ 1,200 บาท (อันนี้ราคาตั๋วรวมแบบเข้าได้หลายๆ ที่) แต่สุดท้ายเที่ยวไม่ทันครับ เพราะแฟนอยากชอปปิ้งขึ้นมาตอนกลางวัน (หลังจากเที่ยวฟรีมาทั้งเช้าแล้ว) แล้วที่เที่ยวในอาเธนส์มันดันปิดกันบ่าย 3 โมง T.T สำหรับวันธรรมดา ถ้าอัดเที่ยวรวดเดียวเลยจริงๆ น่าจะพอทันบ่าย 3 โมงอยู่ครับ แล้วค่อยไปช้อปนะครับ ใครพาคุณผู้หญิงไปบอกให้ She พึงระลึกในส่วนนี้ด้วย ราคาค่าเข้าชมทั่วๆ ไปอยู่ราวๆ 2-12 Euro ต่อ 1 สถานที่ ต่อคนครับ ราคาเต็มของแต่ละสถานที่ ลองดูได้ตามเวบนี้เล้ยยย http://www.athensinfoguide.com/open.htm

สภาพอากาศโดยทั่วไปในช่วงเดือนเมษายนนี้ อุณหภูมิประมาณ 20 องศาเซลเซียส บวกลบ 10 องศา ครับ กลางวันกับกลางคืน ถ้าออกข้างนอกเช้าๆ เลย ก็น่าจะต้องใส่เสื้อหนาวสัก 1 ตัว ส่วนกลางวันแดดออกถอดเดินสบายครับ พอตกดึกก็จะหนาวอีกรอบ ส่วนเกาะนั้นจะเย็นกว่าเพราะมีลมพัดค่อนข้างแรงครับ โดยเฉพาะซานโตรินี่ใส่ Long john ไว้ข้างในสักชั้น แล้วพกเสื้อหนาวติดออกไปเผื่อกลับดึกก็ดีครับ
